The Urban Indian Health Institute (UIHI) produced this report to provide an overview of the health status of American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) within the 33 Urban Indian Health Programs' (UIHPs) service areas. This profile can be used to help UIHPs identify health priorities, assess health disparities, and serve as a guide to develop new programs and interventions.
