Breast and Cervical Cancer Project

The Urban Indian Health Institute helped to plan an urban American Indian/Alaska Native breast and cervical cancer training for health professionals in Seattle, WA in Spring 2007. The training brought together breast and cervical cancer staff at the urban Indian health organizations nationwide to share ideas to enhance breast and cervical cancer screening services for urban American Indian/Alaska Native women.

See the Weaving Project, also about breast and cervical cancer.
